OBJECTIVE:
Roughing it the right way! Create a very unique destination themed event for 375 incentive winners staying at a Desert Resort that wanted one night out of the hotel. Client did not want a themed attraction and the audience was very well traveled.

CHALLENGES:
The winters are cold in the desert and no indoor venue seemed to fit the clients desire. A remote desert location was found but how do you keep the guests warm when the sun goes down.
• Difficult remote location for caterer to operate.
• No heated space.
• No power or running water.
• Difficult for transfers.

	SOLUTION: Use the unbelievable natural beauty of the desert landscape as the sun sets behind the mountains. Create an unforgettable experience never to be duplicated.
	• Old Horse barn was turned into an authentic Remington art gallery for Cocktail reception. • Unique table configurations of 16 with exotic cow print linen combinations and cactus floral designs. • Table groupings surrounded open fire pits and 64 space heaters.		• Desert inspired menu with tableside chef stations preparing food in front of guests. • Portable restrooms, generators and water tanker. • Staging, sound, lighting, name talent for dessert. • Individual logoed fleece blankets and chairs for concert.
