OBJECTIVE:
Under sea enchantment to take your breath away! Provide an elegant, lightly themed environment for group of 650 incentive award winners and guests for an evening recognition dinner. Simple but truly beautiful!

CHALLENGES:
Completely transform the days meeting general session room into an elegant awards dinner in compressed time frame.
• Guests’ dinner tables fill the room wall to wall, no room for décor enhancements.
• Short turnaround for hotel to remove the days meeting set-up, re-set with dinner tables and chairs.
• Limited labor staff.
• Short of Time, Time, Time!

	SOLUTION: Create a detailed load in schedule crews /vendors and closely coordinate with hotel staff to make the turn as smooth and efficient as possible.
	• Detailed plan and Cad. • Beef up crew call for short set-up time. • Everybody work twice as fast. • 130 tables with themed florals made on-site.		• 1300 coordinated chair covers. • White sheer fabric drape around room. • Dramatic lighting design.
