OBJECTIVE:
Contemporary, elegant, with just the right amount of “Wow”. Design an inviting, yet sophisticated hip event, with a subtle tropical feel, for 320 discerning and well traveled sales executives. Create a destination indigenous event to compliment name entertainment as well as specified themed attire for attendees.

CHALLENGES:
Venue had numerous ceiling décor obstructions to design best rigging plot. Extra attention needed for Caribbean island work force.

	SOLUTION: Designed a tropical themed event using the color combination of white and chocolate Guests were attired in all white to compliment the island destination and entertainment.
	• Reception décor. • Ballroom Perimeter décor and chocolate drape • Capiz shell curtains.		• 32 tables, bamboo chairs, table décor, coral and orchid florals. • Staging, ceiling décor, bars, and themed menu. • Name entertainment.
