OBJECTIVE:
Black and red sparkles set the mood for this cozy 30’s era club that accommodated 1,600 attendees. This immaculate transformation was designed for multiple events and executed in the same ballroom that was utilized for daytime general sessions. Existing room needed extensive décor to disguise carpeted wall coverings. Name entertainment directed look of room to have an old theater feel. With the destination being in a foreign country creating this look needed a cost effective creative solution to minimize shipping costs.

CHALLENGES:
Event destination was held in a foreign country so creative components had to be shipped as well as supplemented locally
• Transform vanilla ballroom into old theater feel.
• Shipping of scenery too costly.
• Needed quick tear down for early meetings the following day.
• Source specialty tables and barstools for event.
• Supplement décor elements and local entertainment in foreign country.
• Hire Spanish-speaking labor.

	SOLUTION: The room was transformed with creative graphic scenery and lighting into multiple looks over the course of the multi day program.
	• Designed Velcro back graphics that attached to carpeted walls for quick installation and tear down with minimal shipping costs. • Extensive lighting package with creative lighting designs to compliment the décor.		• Brought in Multi lingual crew supervisors to mange local staff. • 250 tables and 1600 barstools. • Rear screen, staging and professional production.
