OBJECTIVE:
Create a colorful environment that stimulates the mind and sole and showcases the featured entertainment… to get the party going! This casual opening night event for 1,400 attendees utilized a creative color and floral palate with innovative lighting to launch the multi-day program.
CHALLENGES:
Transforming a giant 70,000 sq. ft. sterile open space with no rigging ability. Incorporate a tent roof structure into an intimate club like setting.
• No rigging for lighting design
• No carpet on floor
• Next door to a seaport with airplanes taking off echoing into structure
• Hang 24’ tall drape
• Identify tables by region for seating
• No room for food stations in event room and very short time period to serve guests.
SOLUTION:
Designed a look and feel to create a dinner club feel utilizing a palette of color with fabrics, lighting and structural glass shapes suspended through out the room perimeter.
• Provide multiple ground supported lighting towers.

Install 70,000 sq. ft. of neutral colored carpet.
• Installed ground supported drape with upgraded hardware with 40’ safety wire to ceiling structure.
• Utilized different shaped tables and colors for regional seating.
• Created multiple high through put food stations in adjoining room.
• 160 multi shaped tables, specialty chairs, and table décor.
• Lighting design to enhance Mosaic Theme.
